Terms of Service
By purchasing from Artistic Creations by Dena, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph all products. Because computer and mobile displays vary, actual colors may differ slightly from those shown on your screen. Handmade items may also have slight variations in color, size, pattern, gemstone appearance, or other characteristics. These variations are part of the unique nature of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be displayed or assessed as applicable.
Orders
Artistic Creations by Dena reserves the right to cancel or decline an order due to pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate before completing an order.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Artistic Creations by Dena is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other fees imposed by their country unless those amounts are collected at checkout or applicable law requires otherwise.
Handmade Jewelry and Jewelry Care
Handcrafted jewelry should be handled with care. Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, excessive moisture, or improper storage may affect the appearance or longevity of jewelry and its components. Normal wear, accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Product Use
Jewelry, beads, needles, findings, and other small components may present choking, puncture, or other hazards and should be kept away from young children and pets. Beading needles and other tools should be used only for their intended purpose and handled with appropriate care.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, original jewelry designs, photographs, graphics, written materials, tutorials, branding, and other original content belonging to Artistic Creations by Dena may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Artistic Creations by Dena is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through this website.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically as the business, website, products, or applicable requirements change.
