Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be pleased with your purchase and take care in selecting, creating, inspecting, and packaging the products offered by Artistic Creations by Dena.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Artistic Creations by Dena within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the product and, when applicable, the packaging.
After the issue has been reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy depending upon the circumstances and product availability.
For beading needles and other supplies, damage caused through normal use, bending, misuse, improper storage, or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Handcrafted Jewelry
Because handcrafted jewelry is individually made and may contain natural gemstones, glass, beads, or other materials with natural or intentional variations, slight differences in color, pattern, shape, texture, or appearance are not considered defects.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Except where required by applicable law, returns or refunds are not accepted solely because a customer changes their mind, orders the incorrect item or size, or no longer wants the product.
Please review product descriptions, measurements, photographs, materials, and other listing information carefully before purchasing.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom, personalized, altered, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except when defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except when a refund is required because of an error by Artistic Creations by Dena or applicable law. Return-shipping responsibility will depend upon the reason for the return and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
International Customers
Return, cancellation, refund, and other consumer rights vary by country. Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict rights provided to customers under applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law provides rights greater than those stated in this policy, the applicable legal requirements will apply.
