Due to the nature of jewelry-making supplies, returns and exchanges are not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Artistic Creations by Dena within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist you.

Bead sizes, colors, materials, and quantities vary by selection. Natural gemstones may contain variations in color, pattern, shape, and inclusions. Slight differences may also occur in glass beads, handmade components, and other jewelry-making supplies.

Care & Storage Instructions
To help preserve your jewelry-making supplies, store beads, gemstones, and findings in a clean, dry location away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture.
Keep metal findings away from perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, and prolonged exposure to water to help prevent discoloration or tarnishing.
Handle glass beads, gemstones, and delicate decorative components carefully to avoid chips, cracks, or breakage.
For cleaning, gently wipe items with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasive materials.
